Owned and operated by Tara and Dave, Playday Pups is a boutique dog daycare in Burlington with a big fenced yard, two indoor play spaces, and a curated pack of social, friendly dogs. We keep things fun, structured, and safe — and Huskies love it here.

Room to Run – Our backyard is Golden-approved: wide open, fully fenced, and great for fetch, zoomies, and group play.

Structured Play & Breaks – Goldens are active but benefit from scheduled downtime. We mix playtime with chill-out time so they don’t get overstimulated.

Friendly Playmates Only – We only accept dogs that are social, friendly, and well-matched. Your Golden will be surrounded by other good-natured pups.

Indoor Comfort – Two indoor areas mean your dog stays comfy and dry on rainy days. One space for play, one for rest.

🏡 Boutique Daycare With a Personal Touch
Playday Pups started in our home during the pandemic. We’ve grown, but our vibe hasn’t changed. We keep our groups small and our care personal. Every dog is known by name — and most of our regulars are Golden Retrievers, Labs, Shepherds, or mixes of them all.
Our location on Advance Road (near Guelph Line & Mainway) makes drop-off and pick-up easy, and we’re open every day from 6 AM to 8 PM.
✨ Meet & Greet Required
All new dogs start with a meet and greet — a 15–30 minute visit to see our space, meet us, and make sure your Husky gets along with our dogs. We usually schedule these on Monday or Friday evenings from 6–8 PM.
After that, we’ll ease them in with a trial day or half-day based on comfort and energy levels.
